We work with a limited number of clients each quarter to maintain senior-level execution, rapid delivery, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Framer Web Developer to collaborate closely with Aivvy’s lead strategist and design team on a project-by-project basis. This is not a template-tweaking role - we build bespoke, component-driven, lightning-fast digital experiences from scratch.

You will own the technical translation of high-fidelity brand systems into production-ready Framer platforms. While our work is primarily front-end facing, you will serve as the technical counterbalance on our team - owning the logic behind CMS structures, third-party API/CRM integrations (e.g., Jobber, HubSpot, custom form handlers), and web performance.

Key Technical & Operational Responsibilities:

• Framer Execution:

Implement responsive, mobile-first layouts in Framer, configuring smooth interactions, custom code overrides, and micro-animations.

• Design System & CMS Architecture:

Build clean, reusable Framer component libraries and scalable CMS collections aligned with Aivvy’s design systems.

• Technical Integrations:

Configure third-party tools, webhooks, form handlers, and light back-end/API workflows for higher-tier client packages.

• Performance & SEO:

Optimize builds for site speed, accessibility, clean DOM structure, SEO fundamentals, and analytics tags (e.g., Google Tag Manager/GA4).

• Technical Scoping:

Provide input on project feasibility, timing, and architecture during client onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Proven portfolio of custom Framer builds (not template modifications).
• Solid grounding in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, and web standards.
• Sufficient back-end/API experience to handle integrations, webhooks, and CMS data workflows.
• Strong async communication and reliability in a remote, project-based studio environment.

Engagements & Rates:

• Contractual / Flat per-project rates ($1,500 – $3,000+ per site build depending on complexity and tier).
• Ongoing pipeline as Aivvy expands beyond it's Q4 capacity.
