​The Role

​In this mobile role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centered care directly in clients' homes and community settings:

​Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and design targeted care plans.

​Deliver hands-on, functional, or goal-directed therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.

​Collaborate with families, carers, and broader care networks, respecting cultural dynamics and preferences.

​Maintain timely, concise, and accurate clinical documentation.

​What You Bring

​Relevant tertiary degree/qualification in your discipline.

​Professional Registration/Membership:

​AHPRA registration for OTs, Physios, Podiatrists, and Speech Pathologists.

​Active membership with AMT or Massage & Myotherapy Australia for Remedial Massage Therapists.

​Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

​Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

​Strong interpersonal skills with high cultural empathy (experience or familiarity with Asian family dynamics is highly desirable).
