About the Practice

We are a well-established, independent primary care practice with two office locations in Central New Jersey. Our team currently consists of three physicians and two nurse practitioners. We emphasize high-quality outpatient care and building lasting relationships with patients in the community.

Position Highlights

Schedule

20–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling. No evening, weekend, or on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting

· Perform histories, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

· Manage chronic conditions and preventive care

· Collaborate closely with our physicians and NP team

· Build ongoing relationships with patients in the community

Qualifications

· Active New Jersey NP license

· National certification (e.g., AANP or ANCC)

· Previous clinical experience

· Experience with any electronic health record (EHR) system

· Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
