Your patients are primarily older adults who want to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence while reducing their risk of falls and maintaining their independence.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50 to $65 per hour, based on experience
  • Estimated annual compensation of $104,000 to $135,000

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist at AES Therapy and Fitness, you will provide individualized Physical Therapy focused on improving movement, function, safety, and independence.

You will:

  • Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
  • Assess strength, mobility, balance, gait, pain, function, and fall risk
  • Develop individualized, goal-driven plans of care
  • Establish measurable and meaningful Physical Therapy goals
  • Provide therapeutic exercise and functional training
  • Provide gait, balance, mobility, and fall-prevention interventions
  • Progress treatment plans based on patient response and clinical findings
  • Help patients improve their ability to complete daily activities safely and independently
  • Educate patients and families on exercise, mobility, safety, and long-term wellness
  • Track patient progress and adjust plans of care when appropriate
  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
  • Communicate clearly with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to support strong patient outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and quality improvement activities

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for California licensure
  • One year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
  • Motivated new graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
