Job description
About this role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to create visual concepts that communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and strengthen our brand. You will develop the overall look and layout for a wide range of print and digital materials, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to turn concepts into high-quality, production-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, art directors, or internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and requirements.
- Create original visual concepts, including logos, illustrations, icons, and graphics, using digital tools or by hand.
- Design layouts and production-ready materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, websites, presentations, packaging, reports, and marketing collateral.
- Select and apply appropriate colors, typography, imagery, and design elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into revised versions.
- Prepare and deliver final files that meet technical specifications for both print (CMYK, bleed, etc.) and digital (RGB, optimized formats) use.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and help evolve brand guidelines when needed.
- Review designs carefully for accuracy, quality, and errors before final delivery.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and emerging tools to keep work fresh and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer (typically 2–5 years for mid-level roles).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original work across print and digital media.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, After Effects, or Canva is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Knowledge of print production processes and digital asset optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities; comfortable presenting ideas and receiving constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX design, or branding systems.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or basic web design principles.
- Experience working in [industry, e.g., marketing agency, tech, retail, non-profit].
- Adobe Certified Professional credential or similar certifications.
What We Offer

- Opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects.
- Collaborative creative environment with room for growth.
