As an OR nurse, you'll have the unique opportunity to provide one-to-one patient care and serve as a dedicated advocate for patients throughout their surgical experience. Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, anesthesia techs, and EVS team members, you'll be part of a highly skilled team that values communication, teamwork, and excellence in patient care.

With 19 operating rooms and a broad range of surgical specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, robotics, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT, plastics, urology, ophthalmology, and general surgery, no two days are the same. You'll care for diverse patient populations ranging from neonates to geriatrics while gaining exposure to advanced procedures and leading-edge technology.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
