About this role
Perfect for a seasoned RN looking to transition out of hands-on care!
Advanced Senior Solutions is a premier, well-established private-pay Aging Life/Nurse Care Management agency that has proudly served seniors and disabled adults for over 26 years. We are NOT a home care agency—there is absolutely no hands-on care required. Instead, our Life/Nurse Care Managers serve as proactive, expert problem-solvers who thrive on navigating complex cases and advocating fiercely for their clients.
As an independent contractor with us, you’ll enjoy ultimate schedule flexibility while receiving robust office support, comprehensive orientation, and a collaborative team to back you up. Start with a few clients and build up to 20 - 40 billable hours per week, setting your own hours directly with your clients.
We value your time
We pay for all time worked related to the client, including in-person visits, doctor's appointments, phone calls with families/providers, care coordination, documentation, and travel time and mileage reimbursement to/from client visits!
Compensation
Hourly pay range for Nurse Care Management services, depending on experience and credentials, is $60-$64, which encompasses about 90% of services performed. Life Care Management services such as Bill Pay guidance, Home Management, and Relocation coordination encompass about 10% of services performed, and that pay range is $40 - $44 per hour. We also pay $30 per hour for Travel time and $0.70 per mile to/from client visits.
