Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and motivated Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) to join our growing team on a part-time or PRN basis.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal fillers, excellent injection skills, a strong understanding of facial anatomy, and a passion for delivering safe, natural-looking results.

We are especially interested in a personable, business-minded injector who enjoys building relationships, attracting new clients, and contributing to the growth of a medical aesthetics practice.

Candidates with an established clientele or a proven ability to attract and retain patients are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and confidently administer Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and other approved aesthetic injectable treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, facial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver natural-looking results while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Educate patients on aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products, complementary treatments, and aesthetic packages based on individual patient needs.
• Build strong patient relationships to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Support patient acquisition and practice growth through professional networking, patient engagement, and participation in marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, informed consents, clinical photography, and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow established infection-control standards, injection safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Recognize and appropriately manage potential treatment complications within professional scope and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, inventory, and daily clinical operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of hands-on Botox and dermal filler injection experience (required).
• Completion of formal aesthetic injectable training.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, contraindications, and complication management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently within applicable Texas scope-of-practice requirements and established clinical protocols.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practices, and continued professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established clientele or demonstrated success attracting, retaining, and growing a loyal patient base.
• Experience with multiple neuromodulator and dermal filler brands.
• Experience with advanced injectable treatments and facial rejuvenation techniques.
• Strong consultation and ethical sales skills, including recommending appropriate services and treatment packages.
• Active professional social media presence and willingness to participate in promotional content and marketing activities.
• Experience working in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in helping grow an expanding medical aesthetics practice.
