Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and improve consumer\-facing digital experiences across the customer lifecycle. This role will partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics, Marketing, and business teams to take products and features from discovery through launch and optimization.

**Responsibilities**

• Own and prioritize digital product initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, testing, launch, and optimization.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Partner directly with Engineering and UX teams throughout Agile development.
• Use customer insights, analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
• Define MVPs and prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, and level of effort.
• Measure product performance and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional stakeholders to drive successful launches.

**Qualifications**

• 3\+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated product ownership.
• Experience with consumer\-facing web, mobile, e\-commerce, or subscription\-based products.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development.
• Experience using data and customer behavior to influence product decisions.
• Proven success taking digital products or features from concept through launch.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
