Software Engineer

Job Description

AchieveIt is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern software applications that support enterprise strategy execution and business planning. The ideal candidate has experience with full-stack development, application architecture, database management, and API integrations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, and consulting teams to build reliable, scalable software solutions that help organizations manage strategic plans, track initiatives, and measure business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Build and improve frontend and backend application components.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with relational databases and data-processing systems.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
• Troubleshoot software defects and implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Write automated tests and maintain software documentation.
• Support application deployments and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience in professional software development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Backend programming experience with Node.js, Java, or C#.
• Understanding of REST APIs and database systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and Git.
• Knowledge of software testing and debugging.
• Understanding of cloud-based application development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS application development.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with business intelligence or enterprise planning software.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
