Operations Manager – Field Operations (Veterans Preferred)

ACE is hiring disciplined, high-accountability leaders—preferably former military (Marine Corps NCOs highly valued)—to lead field operations on large-scale construction and data center projects.

Must be willing to relocate.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job.

What You’ll Do

• Lead teams (20–100+ personnel) across:
• Traffic control
• Parking & access control
• Transportation (bus operations)
• Own scheduling, execution, and daily performance
• Enforce standards, discipline, and accountability
• Solve problems in real time on active job sites
• Coordinate directly with clients and project leadership

Client-Facing Leadership (Required)

You will represent ACE on-site.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Build trust while maintaining strong operational control
• Provide direct, solution-focused updates
• Stay composed under pressure

Requirements

• Leadership experience (military, construction, logistics, or similar)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willingness to work on-site (early mornings, long days when needed)
• Ownership mindset—no waiting for instructions

Preferred

• Former military (Marine Corps leadership strongly preferred)
• Experience managing teams in field operations

What This Job Is NOT

• Not remote
• Not entry-level
• Not a low-responsibility supervisory role

Compensation & Growth

• $100,000-$130,000+ salary (based on experience)
