**Full\-Time \& Per Diem Opportunities \| Alameda County**
ACE Home Health Care \& Hospice is seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a field\-based position serving Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, and Hayward.

**Territory:** Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley \& Hayward
**Schedule:** Flexible, with autonomy in managing your hours within your assigned territory
**Compensation**
- Estimated Full\-Time Annual Compensation: $153,000–$206,000
- Per\-visit pay structure based on experience, skills, and market alignment
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical OT experience
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
