This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who enjoys variety, solving problems, building relationships, and turning HR expertise into practical business solutions.
You will advise small and midsized organizations across a broad range of HR matters while providing leadership and guidance to members of ARI's HR team. You will also have the opportunity to shape how we work, improve our services, and contribute to the future direction of ARI's HR practice.

- Analyze HR information and data to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Coach and train client leaders on a variety of HR topics.
Lead and Develop People
---------------------------
- Provide leadership, coaching, training, and day-to-day guidance to ARI HR team members.
- Serve as an escalation resource on challenging client and employee matters.
- Help team members strengthen their technical HR expertise, judgment, client-service skills, and overall professional capabilities.
- Provide hands-on support when client needs or team capacity require it.
Deliver Great Client
Work
-----------------------------
- Oversee strategic and project-based client engagements with a focus on responsiveness, quality, timing, and budget.
- Balance multiple clients and priorities while maintaining strong communication and follow-through.
- Develop practical policies, processes, programs, and solutions that address clients' specific business and workforce needs.
Help Us
Build an Even Stronger HR Practice
----------------------------------------------
- Lead and contribute to internal ARI HR initiatives and projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve the systems, processes, tools, and approaches we use to serve our clients.
- Stay current on evolving employment laws and HR practices and help translate changes into effective guidance for both our team and our clients.
- Provide input to ARI leadership on the continued development and strategic direction of the HR practice.
Contribute to Our Growth

- Develop and coach team members so they continue to grow professionally.
- Deliver client engagements with strong communication, quality, and financial discipline.
- Look beyond the immediate assignment to identify ways ARI can create additional value for clients.
- Bring forward ideas that improve our HR practice and how we work.
What You Bring
==================
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who combines technical knowledge with strong business judgment and the ability to build relationships.
