Physical Therapist

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients improve movement, manage pain, and regain independence through individualized physiotherapy. You’ll assess each patient’s needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care across settings such as hospitals, clinics, outpatient rehabilitation centers, and home and community care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient function using anatomy and physiology knowledge, and identify rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and adjust care plans using appropriate physical therapy techniques, including orthopedics, neurology, and trigger point therapy.
• Deliver patient care to people across age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on treatment, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate physical therapy documentation in electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems, following clinical documentation standards.

Requirements

• Practicing experience in a physical therapy role and the ability to communicate clearly with patients and care teams.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, patient rehabilitation, and treatment plan development.
• Experience with patient care and documentation; familiarity with EHR/EMR management is valuable.
• Acute care, inpatient, hospital, outpatient, clinic, outpatient rehabilitation center, or home health experience is relevant; experience across settings is a plus.
• Experience working with geriatric patients, pediatrics, orthopedics, neurology, or home and community care is welcome.

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
