Physical Therapist PRN

Able Care Mobile Therapy is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to serve the senior community in their homes. We offer the opportunity for you to make your own schedule with long-term clients in your area. Our Therapists are paid on a per unit basis, with schedules that work for you.

POSITION SUMMARY

Our therapists provide outpatient services to clients in their homes. Therapists are required to evaluate, establish a plan of care, and treat patients. NO OASIS Reporting!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently Colorado PT License (required)
• Free from Medicare Sanctions (required)
• Must be able to pass a background screening (required)
• Has a minimum of two (2) years experience.
• CPR certification.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements.
• Evidence of safe driving record and reliable transportation.
