CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE

THIS IS A CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH POSITION WHICH REQUIRES TRAVELING FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT IN THEIR PRIVATE HOMES NOT IN AN OFFICE, FACILITY OR HOSPITAL SETTING.

Clinical Skills

• Possess ability to perform all aspects of nursing care including assessment, instruction and education.
• Must be competent in medication prep education and administration.
• You must independently manage wounds, infusions (PICC, Mediport, CVC), tube feedings (TF), tracheostomy care, and urinary catheters (Foley/Suprapubic).

Compliance & Licensing

Requires a valid Michigan nursing license, active CPR certification, and a negative TB test or chest X-ray.

Logistics

Since this could cover multiple counties (if you choose), you must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Michigan driver's license, and active auto insurance.

We are looking to staff Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland and Wayne counties.

Experience

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of nursing experience, electronic medical record (EMR) literacy, and a solid understanding of OASIS documentation.

Flexibility

Positions are open for full-time, part-time, or per-diem (as-needed) schedules.
