Cafe Operations Manager

Big things are brewing at KB!

We're a locally owned coffee stand and small-batch bakery with big plans for the future! We've spent the last two years building something pretty special, and we're hoping our little pink coffee shop is just the beginning.

Now we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to help us grow!

We need someone who loves a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead a team, and can keep things running smoothly without someone looking over their shoulder.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily kiosk operations, including opening and closing, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and work with vendors to keep us stocked.
• Keep waste down and operations running efficiently.
• Make sure our drinks, food, and customer service consistently meet KB standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow food safety requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and solve problems as they come up.
• Train employees and make sure everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Address attendance, employee concerns, and performance issues.
• Make sure company policies are followed and employee records are maintained.
• Find ways to improve operations and help our business grow.
• Keep the owner informed without needing constant direction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous management experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or similar food service business.
• Experience with inventory, supervising employees, and daily operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who can make decisions, take initiative, and handle difficult conversations when needed.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
