What we need now is a closer who wants to build a book of business and get paid for it.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

• Fire alarm systems
• Fire sprinkler systems
• Fire extinguishers
• Kitchen fire suppression systems
• Fire and domestic backflow testing and repair
• Emergency and exit lighting
• Inspection, testing and service contracts

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect and win new commercial accounts across Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade
• Sell recurring inspection and service agreements, plus installs and upgrades
• Build relationships with property managers, restaurant owners, GCs and facility directors
• Work hand-in-hand with our service team to turn deficiencies into sales
• Grow and protect your own accounts year after year

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• $52,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission on service contracts, installs and renewals
• Company vehicle provided
• Company gas card provided
• Your accounts keep paying you every year they renew
• Support from an established company with a strong name in the industry

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven B2B outside sales experience (fire protection, life safety, HVAC, security, plumbing or commercial services a big plus)
• Self-starter who prospects without being told
• Strong closer and relationship builder
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Fire protection knowledge is a plus, but we'll teach the product to the right person
