Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling and follow-up communications to generate new business leads
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular contact and personalized support
• Conduct detailed data entry and manage customer information accurately using Microsoft Office tools
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette during inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Collaborate with team members to analyze client needs and develop strategic approaches for account growth
• Assist with client communication efforts by writing clear, concise emails, proposals, and reports

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments with excellent phone communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic technical skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities within customer support or client services roles
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Excellent written communication skills paired with effective verbal interaction skills
• Previous experience in outbound calling, analysis of customer data, and client communication strategies is preferred

Pay: $67,500.00 - $81,400.00 per year
