Marketing and PR Sales Specialist

ABOUT A-LIST MODELS AND TALENT

A-List Models and Talent is an established, faith-based modeling and talent agency with 33 years of industry experience. We represent models, actors, and content creators ages 4 and up and are expanding our operations.

We are seeking a motivated professional with strong marketing, sales, and relationship-building skills to help grow the agency and create new opportunities for our talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Recruitment & Relations

• Recruit new talent, conduct introductory calls, and guide qualified candidates through the signing process.
• Maintain communication with represented talent and keep the roster engaged.

Booking

• Find paid modeling, acting, commercial, promotional, and entertainment opportunities for represented talent.
• Build client relationships, pitch talent, follow up on opportunities, and help secure bookings.

Marketing, Media & Public Relations

• Help manage social media, website content, promotional campaigns, and creative content.
• Generate leads through social media, email, networking, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Research potential clients, brands, casting professionals, event organizers, and industry partners.
• Coordinate agency YouTube and podcast projects.
• Pursue media coverage, interviews, features, and industry collaborations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Marketing, sales, recruiting, or business development abilities.
• Familiarity with social media and digital content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on goals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Experience in modeling, talent representation, entertainment, marketing, sales, or public relations is preferred.

COMPENSATION

A base salary is available upon meeting and maintaining established revenue quotas. If quotas are not met, earnings revert to a pay-per-qualified-sign basis.
