About Us A Better Tomorrow Therapy (ABTT) is a pediatric specialty services agency providing speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy to children across the Phoenix metro area. We serve families in their homes, in the community, and in various ABA Centers throughout the valley. We're a supportive, family-centered team, and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join us as an independent contractor. You'll provide individualized OT services to children with a wide range of needs, working closely with families and our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, and feeding/oral-motor skills (as applicable)
• Complete timely, accurate session documentation and progress reports
• Coach and educate parents and caregivers to carry over skills at home
• Communicate with families, support coordinators, and team members as needed

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arizona OT license (or eligible) and NBCOT certification
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads with strong pediatric fieldwork are welcome to apply
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Professional liability insurance
