Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Home Health Care. The RN will work under the supervision of physicians, ensuring that patient needs are met with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Perform start of care, resumption of care, recertification and discharge assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with sterile processing of medical instruments to ensure a safe environment for patient care.

Experience

• Knowledge of vital sign monitoring and sterile processing techniques is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are required.
