Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing small business. This role is responsible for coordinating full cycle recruitment, overseeing interview scheduling, managing new hire onboarding, scheduling staff for special event jobs, and assisting with core HR functions. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong attention to detail.

Job Duties

• Develop and post job descriptions across appropriate platforms
• Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and execute decisions on hiring
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires from beginning to end
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidates
• Ensure employee records are accurately maintained, and termination documentation is updated in a timely manner
• Coordinate and maintain weekly and monthly staffing schedules for a high-volume account
• Ensure adequate staffing requirements for large scale accounts
• Perform additional HR administrative duties as needed

Schedule

Full-time, in-person, small office environment

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

$20.00 / hour

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Proficiency with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
