About the Role

3E is seeking a Senior Portfolio Growth Marketing Manager to help shape the growth of our Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, our largest business line, and take ownership of marketing for some of the highest-growth opportunities across our portfolio.

This is a hands-on portfolio marketing role for someone who can turn market, customer, and product insights into action. You’ll develop positioning and messaging, build integrated campaigns, optimize digital experiences, enable our commercial teams, and use performance data to continually improve what we do.

You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, GTM, Regional Marketing, and the broader Marketing organization, helping connect our solutions to the industries, buyers, and business challenges they serve. With colleagues across regions, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we take our portfolio to market globally.

The environment moves quickly. Products evolve, priorities shift, and marketing needs to keep pace. You’ll need to be comfortable making informed decisions, iterating quickly, and moving work forward without waiting for every detail to be finalized.

AI is also embedded in how this team works. We’re looking for someone who already uses AI as a strategic collaborator, not simply to generate content, but to test messaging and personas, explore campaign angles, challenge assumptions, identify gaps, synthesize information, and work more effectively.

If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on marketing execution, experimenting with new approaches, and turning ideas into measurable commercial impact, this role offers the opportunity to do all three.

Location

This position supports remote work within the Eastern time zone.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own portfolio marketing plans that generate and accelerate pipeline, support new customer acquisition and cross-sell, strengthen retention and account growth, and build 3E’s presence within priority industries and target accounts.
  • Create and continually refine buyer- and industry-specific positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio.
  • Translate product capabilities, buyer needs, industry trends, and customer challenges into compelling solution narratives and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Events, Brand, Content, and other marketing teams to build, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across digital advertising, email, social media, events, content, and other relevant channels.
  • Take a hands-on approach to campaign execution, including reviewing creative, providing actionable feedback, evaluating campaign performance, and adjusting based on results.
  • Manage and improve product capability, and solution content across the 3E website, strengthening page flow, messaging, conversion, SEO, AEO, and GEO performance.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Commercial Enablement to develop collateral sales tools, and support training materials that help commercial teams clearly communicate customer value throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas and use market, customer, industry, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions.
  • Use campaign and channel reporting to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and continually optimize marketing activity.
  • Apply AI throughout your workflow to test and strengthen messaging, develop campaign concepts, explore different buyer perspectives, challenge analysis, synthesize conversations and information, and accelerate high-quality execution.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Sales, GTM, Customer Success, Regional Marketing, and the broader Marketing organization, bringing the right stakeholders together to move initiatives forward.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, adapting quickly as products, market needs, and business priorities evolve.
  • Take on other responsibilities as needed to support team and business priorities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Hands-on experience developing messaging, marketing content, and campaigns—not only marketing or GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and an understanding of how it supports B2B marketing and demand generation.
  • Experience reviewing marketing and campaign performance data and translating results into practical actions and optimization decisions.
  • Strong prompt-engineering skills and demonstrated experience using generative AI to explore ideas, test messaging and personas, identify gaps, synthesize information, and improve the quality and efficiency of marketing work.

  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
