About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Jetting (MJP - MultiJet Printing) hardware, materials, and related product solutions. At 3D Systems, product management is the art of translating complex technologies into clear, customer-focused business value.

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle.

This includes gathering and prioritizing customer, market, and business requirements; defining the product vision and roadmap; and partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver products that achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.

This role serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring product development efforts align with market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and business goals. The Product Manager will collaborate across functions to guide products from concept through commercialization, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing market adoption.

The successful candidate will combine technical understanding, business acumen, and strategic thinking to help shape the future of 3D Systems' MJP portfolio while supporting the company's overall strategy and long-term growth objectives.

What We Are Looking For:* Serve as a product evangelist, communicating a clear product vision and value proposition to drive market success and customer adoption.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for MultiJet Printing (MJP) hardware, materials, and accessories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Translate market requirements into actionable product requirements for Research & Development (R&D), prioritizing features and capabilities with clear business justification.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
  • Lead beta and pilot programs for new products, technologies, and materials, gathering customer feedback to support successful product launches.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive products, technologies, and market trends, serving as the company's subject matter expert on the competitive landscape.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across cross-functional teams, influencing product decisions and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Act as a key stakeholder throughout the product lifecycle, from concept development through commercialization and ongoing product enhancement.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring: .

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Engineering background with experience in product, platform, or systems development.
  • Experience in additive manufacturing, preferably MultiJet Printing (MJP), materials, and software solutions.
  • Proven product management experience leading cross-functional development and commercialization efforts.
  • Strong market, customer, and competitive analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into product strategy.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving results without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience working with global customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and travel up to 30%.
