Software Systems Engineer

Job Description

3C Software is seeking a skilled Software Systems Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate has experience with application development, database technologies, system integration, and enterprise software architecture.

The successful candidate will contribute to software solutions that help businesses manage cost accounting, profitability analysis, financial modeling, and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Build and improve software components for cost management systems.
• Develop application integrations with ERP and financial platforms.
• Work with databases, data models, and SQL queries.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot software defects and improve application performance.
• Conduct software testing and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product development and implementation teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and software specifications.
• Support application enhancements and ongoing maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience in software engineering or enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database systems.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise system integration.
• Familiarity with application architecture and debugging.
• Knowledge of Git and software development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of financial software or enterprise cost management systems.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Experience with data modeling and business analytics.
• Understanding of distributed applications and system architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
