GRAPHIC DESIGNER

//3877is IMMEDIATELY looking for a graphic designer with 3 to 8 years’ experience, a damn good attitude, willingness to teach AND learn, serious motivation and a daily quest to do good work while smiling (the ability to quote comedic films is a plus). We are crazy busy with some incredible projects on the table and even better clients on board. We offer great healthcare benefits, 401k and beer on tap.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to

Client Presentations: Formatting design boards, space plans, and digital imagery into cohesive presentation documents. Creating digital images with Photoshop

Branding + Marketing: Laying out marketing collateral for client RFP’s, updating website portfolios, and updating employee resumes

Studio Operations: Assisting with firm graphic standards + presentation templates and proofreading documents

Manage time [your own and your teams] effectively

Work in concert with the Architecture + Interior Design teams

Multi-task and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment

Tangible Requirements:

Diploma from a recognized college in Graphic Design or similar.

A minimum of 3 years full time experience in a similar position

Adobe Creative Suite: High proficiency required in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Digital Design Tools: Familiarity with Miro and Bluebeam helpful for team collaboration and communication

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), email and internet*

Organization/attention to detail; ability to be proactive and take initiative; ability to work independently without extensive oversight.

Outstanding communication skills
