Franchises (we currently own franchises in Houston, Fort Worth and San Antonio). Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will drive sales growth within our entire franchise group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including G-Suite
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create and implement best practices for an operations department
