Your Impact

As Axon’s DC Inbound Operator, you will help ensure incoming orders and materials are received, processed, and routed accurately and on time. You will play an important role in supporting efficient distribution-center operations by maintaining strong attention to detail, coordinating across teams, and identifying discrepancies before they impact downstream processes.

What You’ll Do

Location : Phoenix, AZ facility

Reports to : Sr Supervisor, Logistics

  • Process assigned inbound orders accurately and within expected timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support the timely and accurate receipt and delivery of materials.
  • Conduct detailed checks of processed orders and promptly report discrepancies or issues.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to track, process, and confirm orders are completed in the appropriate locations.
  • Pick, move, and stage materials systematically to complete required orders.
  • Work across multiple D365 entities, departments, and computer screens while maintaining accuracy and organization.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process-improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work overtime as needed to support business and operational demands.
  • Maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative approach while working independently and as part of a team.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and communicate order discrepancies.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort navigating multiple computer screens and systems simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and contribute positively in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime as business needs require.
