- Create, maintain, and execute non-functional test plans, strategies, estimations, and test scenarios for complex software solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain performance and resilience test scripts using JMeter, Gatling, and related testing tools
- Plan, prepare, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, resilience, and recovery testing activities
- Develop end-to-end non-functional testing strategies for distributed, integrated, and microservices-based cloud environments
- Prepare test environments, workloads, and test data required for performance and resilience testing campaigns
- Monitor system resources, application behaviour, and platform metrics during test execution to identify performance bottlenecks and stability issues
- Analyze test results, investigate non-functional defects, and provide recommendations to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and resilience
- Execute resilience and chaos engineering scenarios using ChaosToolkit, Kraken, or similar technologies
- Provide technical guidance and enable QA engineers and developers to execute non-functional testing activities
- Develop and maintain standards, best practices, documentation, and reporting related to performance and resilience testing
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Produce test reports, technical documentation, and findings presentations for stakeholders, management, and customers
- Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience, including at least 6 years in non-functional, performance, resilience, or load testing roles
- Minimum education level: Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in an ICT-relevant field
- Strong hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, or similar performance testing tools
- Expertise in test planning, test strategy, estimation, workload design, test case design, test platform setup, test data preparation, and defect management
- Experience designing and executing performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, resilience, and recovery testing activities
- Experience analyzing application performance, resource utilization, and system bottlenecks across complex distributed environments
- Hands-on experience with resilience and chaos testing tools such as ChaosToolkit, Kraken, or similar solutions
- Practical Java development or automation experience
- Experience working with microservices architectures, containerized platforms, and private cloud environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, and observability platforms
- Excellent documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills
- Experience working in Agile software development and testing environments
- Experience working in international and multicultural teams
- Proactive, analytical, and quality-focused mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience testing large-scale distributed systems with multiple integrated components is considered a strong asset
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies is considered a strong asset:
- Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, or Podman
- Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, or similar observability platforms
- Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms
- GitHub CI/CD or equivalent continuous integration and deployment tooling
- Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Kreya, Tricentis qTest, Jira Xray, or equivalent testing solutions
- PostgreSQL or similar database technologies
- Experience supporting performance and resilience testing in cloud-native, containerized environments is considered a strong asset
