We are seeking a select group of exceptional students to join our 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program. Ardea's interns are valued members of the team, developing core M&A and strategic advisory skills whilst gaining experience in providing thoughtful advice and building client relationships across a variety of industries.
As a part of the lean deal teams, interns will take active roles on live transactions and client interactions, assisting teams with financial modeling, research, and development of impactful client materials. The internship program is not just about participating, it is about being at the heart of the action, learning from the best, and playing a pivotal role in our firm's ongoing success.

To qualify as a candidate for Ardea's 2028 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program in NY, you must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029. We will be collecting applications through December 1st, 2026 and will be reviewing applications on a non-rolling basis after the deadline (5pm ET 12/1/26)
