Tools & Automation Engineer, AppleCare

The AppleCare Field Service Diagnostics Engineering team is seeking candidates with strong experience building automation frameworks and tools to validate diagnostic and repair tools used to service Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple Vision Pro.

This position requires a passionate and self-motivated individual with excellent cross-functional communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to adjust to rapid change. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, eager to deep-dive into technical areas, and inclined to explore and integrate AI initiatives into existing processes.
