The people here don’t just build products — they create the kind of technology and experiences that can change entire industries. It is the diversity of our people and their ideas that drives the innovation behind everything we do. Join us and help leave the world better than we found it.
At Apple we work with some of the most ambitious organizations in the world. We help customers rethink how their people work, how technology can improve their business, and how our platforms and ecosystem can become part of that journey.
The Technology Strategist is a trusted technical advisor to some of Apple’s most strategic enterprise customers in Southeast Asia. You will work with business and technology leaders to turn organizational ambition into a clear technical vision, architecture, and adoption roadmap.
The role combines enterprise architecture, executive advisory, and hands-on technical leadership. You will help customers understand emerging technologies, simplify complex decisions, modernize their technology environments, and create secure, scalable experiences with Apple at their core.
Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, and senior business leaders, becoming a strategic advisor on technology and innovation.
Help customers define a multi-year technical vision that connects their business ambition with their enterprise architecture, operating model, workforce strategy, and investment priorities.
Assess the customer’s current technology landscape across identity, security, device management, networking, cloud services, applications, data, AI, and support operations.
Translate that assessment into a practical roadmap, identifying architectural dependencies, integration requirements, technical debt, security considerations, and opportunities for simplification.
Develop reference architectures and integration patterns for Apple platforms within complex, heterogeneous enterprise environments.
Apply well-architected principles across security and privacy, reliability and resilience, operational excellence, performance efficiency, cost optimization, and sustainability.
Help customers rationalize their technology and application portfolios, understand architectural trade-offs, and make informed decisions based on business value, risk, user experience, and total cost of ownership.
Lead executive briefings, technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, pilots, and design reviews.
Demystify complex and emerging technologies—including AI—and explain their implications clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with Apple sales, engineering, product, security, services, and partner teams to remove technical barriers and move customers from vision to scaled adoption.
Maintain a clear technical account plan with agreed priorities, milestones, success measures, risks, and owners.
Represent the voice of the customer within Apple, providing insight into enterprise requirements, technology trends, and opportunities for innovation.
What success looks like:
- Customers have an agreed technical vision and a practical roadmap connected to their business priorities.
- Executive ambition is translated into secure, scalable, and well-architected technical decisions.
- Technical barriers are identified early and resolved through clear ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrations and pilots lead to measurable adoption at scale.
