Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other’s ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better.

It’s the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something.

The App Store is the world's largest and most innovative software store, serving hundreds of millions of iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and Mac customers worldwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a Promotional Artwork Coordinator to join the team and support creative content production. In this role you will help manage the promotional artwork program for App Store.

In this role, you will oversee the intake, review, and approval of hundreds of developer assets submitted for promotional use on the App Store every month. You will guide the developer asset lifecycle from initial request through final handoff and archiving, ensuring every piece of artwork meets Apple’s creative standards.

Beyond daily production, you will collaborate with global teams across Design, Editorial, Production, and Business Affairs to help shape future asset management processes and tooling enhancements.

Strong background collaborating with global cross-functional teams across design, editorial, production, and business management. Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight and shifting deadlines. Experienced in managing external partner relationships, with the ability to align on project goals and expectations while ensuring compliance with confidentiality protocols.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Fluency in Chinese and English

Experience working with creative assets from production through archiving, including familiarity with digital asset specifications and design principles. Knowledge of digital asset management systems and creative tools, such as Airtable, Box, and Adobe Illustrator. Interest in the operational aspects of creative production, including business affairs and legal approval processes.

Understanding of Apple platforms and user experience, combined with a curiosity for emerging industry trends and creative technologies. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
