About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

The people here don’t just build products — they create the kind of technology and experiences that can change entire industries. It is the diversity of our people and their ideas that drives the innovation behind everything we do. Join us and help leave the world better than we found it.

At Apple we work with some of the most ambitious organizations in the world. We help customers rethink how their people work, how technology can improve their business, and how our platforms and ecosystem can become part of that journey.

The Partner Technology Strategy

Lead builds the technical capability of Apple’s partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia. You will help partners establish strong Apple practices, develop and certify their technical teams, and create the architectures, assets and delivery capabilities required to serve enterprise customers at scale.

You will also work with partners and customers on strategic opportunities and lead the technical execution of major Apple deployments across enterprise, education and government. This is a player-coach role, combining partner strategy, technical leadership, team development and hands-on delivery.

What you’ll do

Help strategic partners build and scale credible Apple practices, with clear capability plans, technical specializations, skilled resources and executive technical sponsorship.

Establish governance with partner CxOs, CTOs and technical leaders. Align on investments, certifications, customer priorities, capability gaps and measures of success.

Own the partner technical enablement agenda across Southeast Asia, including training, coaching, workshops, technical assessments and certification readiness.

Increase partner capability across enterprise platforms, identity, security, device management, networking, cloud, application development, AI and integration.

Work with partners in strategic customer engagements, from discovery and architecture through demonstrations, proofs of concept and executive conversations.

Own the technical execution of large Apple deployments across enterprise, education and government — from architecture and readiness through onboarding, deployment, adoption and operational handover.

Identify delivery risks early, establish clear ownership and escalation paths, and remain engaged until the customer is successfully operating at scale.

Lead and develop the regional Partner and Technical Success team, connecting the right expertise to each partner, market and customer opportunity.

10+ years of experience across partner engineering, field engineering, enterprise architecture, technical enablement, professional services or technology delivery.

3+ years leading technical teams or complex virtual teams across multiple markets.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience building partner capability through enablement, coaching, technical standards, assessments or certification programs.

Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms across identity, security, device management, networking, cloud services, applications, APIs and integration. Apple experience is valued, but strong experience with other enterprise platforms and the ability to learn quickly are equally relevant.

Experience designing or leading large-scale device deployments across enrollment, identity, security, MDM/UEM, networking, application delivery, support and operational handover.

Practical application-development knowledge and coding experience in at least one modern language. Able to understand trade-offs across native, web and cross-platform development, APIs, security, performance and maintainability.

Practical knowledge of AI architecture, including model selection, enterprise data and on-device, hybrid or cloud deployment. Able to explain trade-offs across accuracy, privacy, security, performance, governance and cost.

Hands-on technical credibility — able to lead workshops, review architectures and deployment plans, pressure-test designs and demonstrate technology.

Experience engaging partner and customer executives and connecting technical capability to business and customer outcomes.

Fluent business English required. Additional Southeast Asian languages are valued.

Experience building or scaling a technology practice within a systems integrator, service provider, reseller or consulting partner.

Experience with partner-program competencies, technical specializations and certification frameworks.

Knowledge of Apple platforms and deployment technologies, including macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager and MDM.

Experience with Swift, Apple development frameworks or enterprise AI development.

Experience delivering complex enterprise, education or government deployments.

Experience leading distributed teams across countries and cultures, ideally within Southeast Asia.

Relevant Apple, enterprise architecture, cloud, identity, security or device-management certifications.
