Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline. Hands-on AI & Software tool development and implementation to improve operation efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making across supply chain.

Excellent communicator, able to present in weekly meeting with large multi-functional team and executives. Demonstrated ability to take the driver’s seat in complex, fast-changing environments, solving multi-faceted problems across engineering, procurement, and supplier partners.

Travel Flexibility

Ability to travel domestically and internationally to supplier and manufacturing sites as required (primarily in Asia).

Language Skills

Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or an MBA with an engineering/CS undergraduate background.

Domain Track Record

Demonstrated experience successfully developing and deploying AI/ML models, automation pipelines, or data tools that improved decision-making, capacity modeling, allocation, or yield tracking in supply chain/manufacturing operations.

Consumer Electronics Background

Deep understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction), SMT/FATP lines, line qualification, capacity planning, and contract manufacturer (CM) management. Manufacturing & Program Management Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, operations program management, supply chain management, or technical project management.
