As a NAND ATE Test Engineer you will lead and support the testing, failure analysis and qualification of various programs using SSD (solid-state drive). A strong candidate will have experience with NAND validation, and reliability testing.

You will be part of a world class team of HW Engineers who identify and resolve potential risks for all aspects of NAND qualification and testing, including generating test programs and scripts. You will have direct impact on Apple's future products by ensuring world-class solutions to demanding test and engineering challenges

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience with memory automated test equipment (ATE), including Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent platforms Experience in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Lua, MATLAB, or similar tools Experience in memory systems, technologies, and test processes, with emphasis on NAND Flash

10+ years of relevant industry experience Experience in coding scripts and board design necessary to enable ATE test solutions Understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals includes Signal and Power Integrity. Ability to work with test equipment (i. e.

, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, Protocol analyzer, etc.) Experience with failure analysis and troubleshooting Experience with embedded system integration and development Coding experience and understanding of embedded OS, SW FTL Experience with PCIe, SSD controllers and firmware
