MY-Tech and Merch Pro

Apple Retail is where the best of Apple comes together. We bring our expertise to help people do what they love, delivering an only-at-Apple experience. We believe inclusion is a shared responsibility and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.

The Technology & Merchandising Pro (TMPro) uses their deep understanding of technical and merchandising principles and strong presentation skills to oversee the store’s technology and product presentation. You’re integral to helping bring what Apple has to offer to life through technology, storytelling, the demo experience, and Today at Apple.

The TMPro is passionate about engaging and influencing the wider team to create an experience like no other for our customers.
