The Advanced Development Lab (ADL) creates optimized lab experiences that bring ideas to life through precision prototyping and data-driven testing inspiring our teams to develop world class products. Our team collaborates across product lines, supporting Hardware Engineering’s R&D teams with world-class prototyping efforts. We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Lab Services team.
The Lab Services Engineering Program Specialist is critical to ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality in our day-to-day operations. This person will partner with teams across multiple lab locations and time zones, driving alignment of processes, maintaining clear communication, and keeping prototype workflows moving.
The ideal candidate is well-organized, collaborative, and genuinely interested in how hardware prototyping and fabrication processes work.
College degree or equivalent experience Experience in a customer-facing role Project or program management experience Ability to lift up 30 lbs without assistance
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail Proficient in use of Pages/Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint, calendar management, FileMaker, or other database familiarity Self-starter with the ability to juggle conflicting priorities Ability to problem-solve and think clearly and quickly to resolve potential issues Ability and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams Positive attitude, willingness to offer help, and engagement with a large extended team both in person and virtually
