About this role
Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.
What if you didn't have to have it all figured out on day one? What if, instead of choosing just one direction, your first full-time role was about discovering your ideal path? At Apple, we don’t just follow industry standards — we push beyond them.
We value creative problem-solving, dynamic thinking, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technical challenges, which is the exact foundation of Resonance, our inaugural early career engineer rotation program. Resonance gives early-career mechanical engineers the chance to explore multiple roles across our organization before deciding where to plant roots.
Over the span of two years, you'll rotate through different teams that hire mechanical engineers, gaining hands-on experience, sharpening your technical skills, and discovering the kind of work that genuinely excites you.
Along the way, you'll build a network that spans the organization, connect with engineers across multiple disciplines, and carry best practices from team to team, making an impact that goes well beyond any single rotation. Joining our first cohort means also getting the opportunity to shape the program itself.
Your feedback on what works and what could make the experience even better will directly influence how future engineers rotate, learn, and grow in this program for years to come. If you're curious, adaptable, and excited to help define what a great start to a hardware engineering career looks like, we want to hear from you. Apply now and be part of something from the very beginning.
Over a two year journey, Resonance engineers will develop their craft through structured rotations across multiple hardware teams. You’ll join a cohort of other early career engineers and participate in engagement programs designed to support your career growth. Upon program completion, you’ll carry the profound experiences, knowledge, and network you’ve built directly into a permanent role within the organization.
We’re seeking engineers with deep technical expertise and a relentless appetite for growth. Resonance is designed for self-starters who thrive in ambiguity, collaborate seamlessly across functions, and embrace an accelerated learning curve. If you’re ready to discover where you make the biggest impact, let’s find what resonates.
