Apple’s H2R Compensation Services Team is seeking a Global Program Manager to support the long term strategy and execution of global tax, withholding and statutory benefits. Finance is essential to upholding our global commitment to excellence, and it is directly responsible for shaping the company’s future. 5-8 years experience in Accounting or Finance working across multiple services Extensive expertise with Tax, SAP and ADP Skilled in process mapping, and analysis of as-is and to-be processes Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
Obsess over the customer experience and view each and every inquiry as an opportunity to care and support others; able to create methods to keep an eye on quality without missing key deadlines. Can navigate highly complex business needs without a clearly defined path and where you see a need, to bring a well thought solution; able to create methods to keep an eye on quality without missing key deadlines.
Ability to perform robust global business process analysis, recommend and execute solutions that are efficient and eliminate non-value add work. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels.
Proven track record to engage, interact, communicate and influence effectively across the organization, external partners, vendors and regulatory agencies. Applies advanced technology and tools in the analysis, design and development of complicated reports to meet the needs of regulatory agencies and business partners.
Competent and experienced in respective supported countries’ tax, social security, employment regulations and practices.
