Global Commodity Manager

We are seeking a Global Commodity Manager to join our AppleCare team. In this role, you will manage continuity of supply, warranty redemption, supplier quality claims, repair and testing, reverse logistics, and costs for service product components. You will collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

As a Global Commodity Manager, you will design and implement solutions that achieve business-critical metrics for the AppleCare supply chain. You will partner closely with planning, purchasing, finance, engineering, and quality teams to ensure full support throughout the service phase of the product lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management. Vendor management background, including working with contract manufacturers. Procurement and project management proficiency, including cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge of component manufacturing processes. Background in identifying and resolving engineering quality issues. Understanding of contractual terms and negotiation strategies when collaborating with legal teams.

Experience presenting technical and business information to cross-functional teams and leading project initiatives.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
