The newly established North Field Sales organisation is designed to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. The team will secure impeccable merchandising standards aligned to Apple’s vision and drive sales and motivate partner staff in the stores with the most premium Apple Shops.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support. Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, engage actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity. Ability to motivate and inspire others and advocate for Apple’s values.
Empathy and resilience to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change. Ability to prioritise time effectively and work independently. Background leading or supporting a technology sales or solution-based selling team and/or inspiring others within a dynamic, customer-centric environment is a plus.
Proven ability to critically review existing processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and develop new solutions, including leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
