Apple Services is seeking a highly-organized, passionate and experienced Producer to join our Services Employee Engagement team. The Event Producer will support various internal events and programs with preproduction planning and live production execution, engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders in order to bring an event to life, always striving for a best in class and engaging experience for our employees.

The Event Producer works as part of our Services Employee Engagement production team, reporting to a Senior Producer, and occasionally working alongside external vendors and contractors. Professionalism, Innovation and Creativity are key in this role, as the Event Producer is responsible for working with numerous stakeholders at all levels within the company, representing our team and organization.

5-10+ years experience in communications, marketing, or public relations Proven track record in event production, with hands-on experience guiding live production, post-production timelines and deliverables. Experience working closely with a variety of VIP’s, high-level talent and artists Outstanding communication, planning, creative and critical thinking skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining strategic, flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines. Deep understanding of studio culture, creative and production workflows, and confidentiality standards. Proven capability with curating bespoke experiences in physical spaces for different audiences.

Experience leading complex projects and planning initiatives Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position Available to work some nights and weekends as needed Up to 30% + travel required; both domestic and international

Proven ability to plan optimally; successfully navigating and executing within corporate structures. Creative problem solver able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and proactive, and maintaining a high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities with tight timelines.
