Join Apple's Product Integrity team as an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) and play a pivotal role in bringing our groundbreaking products to the world. We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded program manager to lead global wireless certification, issues management, and resource planning for New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts across our ecosystem for Wireless products.

This role stands at the intersection of hardware engineering, global policy, and product compliance. As a key program manager, you will lead complex wireless certifications across products, but also navigate regulatory issues in a fast-changing and cutting-edge technology space. All the while, you will manage resources and capabilities that will help us meet project schedules and objectives efficiently and effectively.

In addition, this role will play a key part in exploratory technologies, and help ensure clarity among engineering and cross-functional players as the regulatory landscape changes rapidly. If you are passionate about technology, working across myriad technical and policy-focused domains, and enabling new products that enrich lives, then this role may be for you!

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, issues project management, or a related role, within a hardware development or NPI environment. Equivalent experience in relevant fields to be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Proven experience in cross-functional leadership, with a demonstrated ability to influence, align, and drive teams without direct authority. A strong track record of identifying and closing process gaps, and experience building scalable systems, frameworks, or processes from the ground up.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and navigate ambiguous challenges, and demonstrating a proclivity for action. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information from multiple sources, facilitate consensus-building, and drive alignment on outcomes—especially when managing competing priorities and tradeoffs.

Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences. Familiarity with the RF/wireless technology space and/or regulatory compliance processes.

Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps in a global, multi-region environment. Ability to embark on international travel, without limitation, up to 15% required.

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience or MBA is a plus Foreign language proficiency relevant in major markets desirable. Experience with certification testing for consumer electronics bodies (e.g., FCC, ISED, CE RED). Technical experience with core technologies such as WiFi, SAR, OTA, Bluetooth, EMC, and Cellular, and their uses in hardware products highly desirable.

A technical background in Electrical / Mechanical / Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable. Experience in high-volume manufacturing and product development are also desirable.
