Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style across research engineers, infrastructure teams, and feature team leads Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Deeply curious about how models work and how they get built into product features, with a passion for connecting technical capability to real user impact Excellent attention to detail and highly organized, able to track many concurrent workstreams across multiple teams Ability to build relationships and influence others without direct authority Comfortable engaging with technical concepts related to machine learning models, model infrastructure, and APIs
