We are looking for an engineering program manager to steer the performance aspect of feature development and drive cross functional initiatives.

5+ years of program management, product management, systems engineering or equivalent experience Excellent project management skills to drive schedules, dependencies, critical path and risks Solid technical understanding of large scale distributed software systems, cloud architecture, development and deployment, and bonus points for past development experience Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings) Experience working with globally distributed teams BS/MS in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant industry experience

Experience with systems performance instrumentation and optimizations Experience working across a full software stack: consumer devices, networking, backend and infrastructure Understanding of OS fundamentals Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear, concise and credible manner Strong relationship management and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations Familiarity with open-source software development processes
