EMEIA Fraud Manager - Apple Wallet, Payments & Commerce

Apple is seeking an experienced Fraud Manager to manage and execute risk and fraud prevention measures for the Apple Pay and Apple Wallet platforms across the EMEIA region.

Based in London, the successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the EMEIA Wallet, Payments & Commerce team. This is a key externally-facing role, requiring you to develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of partners—including banks, transit operators, and payment networks.

You will be their primary contact for fraud prevention, education to Apple Pay fraud guidelines, and optimisation of provisioning decision flows to maximise conversion whilst protecting our customers and partners from fraud. This role will also require to collaborate closely with Apple's internal global technical, business, and fraud teams.
