About this role

Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.

Apple is looking for an outstanding, passionate, collaborative and self-driven individual to successfully manage multiple concurrent people program deployments across the Consumer channel.

You will partner closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that drive sales and elevate the customer experience — while ensuring Apple standards are clearly understood, deployed, and delivered on schedule by all channel partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will own the two pillars that represent the face of Apple in the Consumer channel — ASC (Apple Staff in Channel), our badged, Apple-employed people program, and AEP (Apple Champion), our non-badged partner staff program. You will lead their end-to-end deployment, ensuring both deliver an extraordinary customer experience and drive Apple Channel sales at scale.

Our team collaborates closely with cross-functional groups at both the Worldwide (WW) and Geo levels to bring these programs to life in-country.

Identify and design people programs — spanning both ASC (badged) and AEP/Apple Champion (non-badged) — that deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the Consumer channel and drive Apple Channel sales.

Lead the end-to-end deployment of Apple's people programs, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale across both the ASC and AEP populations, who together represent the face of Apple to our customers in the channel. Drive the scale-up of existing people programs (ASC and AEP) in the country based on guidance from WW teams, and support the launch of new initiatives as required.

Collaborate closely with the field team and account managers to proactively identify, escalate, and resolve challenges that arise during program deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to partner operations. Conduct strategic analyses and thorough project management to surface new business opportunities and continuously improve the effectiveness of both badged (ASC) and non-badged (AEP) programs.

Own the measurement strategy for program performance across ASC and AEP, ensuring dashboards and data translate into actionable insight for leadership. Act as the connective tissue between WW/Geo program strategy and local execution, ensuring ASC and AEP work in concert to deliver a unified, best-in-class customer experience across the Consumer channel.

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Background in project/program management, sales enablement, and/or similar function Deep knowledge of channel sales, including strategies and processes required to scale and evolve impactful programs Proficiency with project management frameworks and tools Ability to effectively plan, communicate, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales Perform well in high-pressure situations, and are comfortable with a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions Outstanding communication skills, including ability to craft value proposition for programs and articulate vision across various teams Laser-focus on customers and partners Fluency in Japanese and English

5+ years of related experience Experience defining program structure (e. g.

, sell-in, incentives, readiness, enablement, communications, success criteria, and reporting/analysis) is highly preferred Proven presentation skills and content development experience in Keynote, Numbers, and Pages is a plus Business modeling skills in Excel and/or Tableau is a plus Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks prior to escalation and proactively drive towards a solution Expert organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with the CES market is highly preferred
