The Services Employee Engagement team delivers best in class experiences, communication, and programs to support learning, connection, and community in our organization.

The Services Communications team as part of the Services Employee Engagement organization is seeking an experienced, proactive Communication Producer to direct project management and production across our organization. The ideal candidate brings operational discipline, creative sensibility, a steady presence, and the ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, high-velocity projects.

In this role, the Communication Producer will support overall project management, metrics, and reporting across several key areas, including communication initiatives, creative, studio and video production.

This includes leading end-to-end production for strategic internal communications, campaigns, and organizational announcements by defining schedules, mapping cross-functional dependencies, managing stakeholder review cycles, and ensuring all deliverables launch on time with precision.

The role also involves managing the full life cycle for internal comms collateral; print assets, digital media, event branding, and physical installations, guiding projects from brief to delivery, collaborating closely with internal creatives, and managing external vendors, fabricators, and project budgets.

Across video, this includes serving as the producer for projects routed through the Services communication studio, partnering closely with the Studio Manager and creative teams to drive video shoots, post-production schedules, review cadences, asset delivery, and the integration of emerging AI-assisted production tools.

5 to 10+ years of related experience leading creative production, communications operations, or integrated program management in high-velocity environments.

Bachelor’s degree or comparative in design, communications, or marketing Proven track record in end-to-end production, with hands-on experience guiding video shoots, post-production timelines, print deliverables, communication campaigns, and complex campaigns from concept to delivery.

Strong project management and reporting rigor, with demonstrated discipline in maintaining project tracking tools, inputting metrics, and drafting clear weekly leadership updates. Operational mindset, with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and repeatable workflows to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives.

Technical and creative fluency, including deep familiarity with video production workflows, digital asset specifications, print standards, and content management systems. Vendor and budget management expertise, including scope negotiation, purchase order tracking, and production partner oversight.

Familiarity with emerging creative technology, including an active interest in integrating AI-powered tools into video and production pipelines. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience aligning studio partners, creative leads, facilities teams, and executive stakeholders. Superb verbal and written communication skills, with a high standard for detail, clarity, and consistency.

Deep commitment to process improvement & innovation. Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position. Available to work some nights and weekends as needed.

Up to 30% + travel required; both domestic and international. Bachelor’s degree or comparative in design, communications, or marketing.

Passionate about Apple and our products.
